• Includes two admission tickets
• Pitch size by request
• Trade stands will be situated on the hill
• No electricity is supplied - please bring your own generator if required
• Tents will NOT be included
• Allocation of pitches will be on first come first served basis
• All traders must provide, electrical safety certificates and Public Liability Insurance.
• There is no fee for trade stands
• Setup day: Friday 19th July (9am - 9pm)

PROGRAMME ADVERT

We are offering a half page full colour advert in the official souvenir programme to all trade stands for only £59.00.

Artwork deadline is June 20th and the size will be 210mm wide x 105mm hight. Please send artwork to mark@supercarfest.co.uk in high res PDF format.

LOCATION

Trade stands will be located along the main walkway up the hill, in the main car park area.

SET UP

All exhibitors must set up on Friday 19th July between 9am and 6pm.

PAYMENT

Trade stands are free of charge but must be approved by the event organisers before booking. Additional tickets can be purchased for £15 per day.

NEXT STEPS

Once you have completed the booking form you will receive an email confirmation with a PDF attached. You will then be sent an info pack via email closer to the time of the event.
