What is Supercar Fest?Supercar Fest is one of the leading dynamic supercar event brands in the UK. There will be two events in 2025... Our flagship event the Runway held at Sywell Aerodrome in Northamptonshire and the Track held at Mallory Park race circuit in Leicestershire. Both events focus on the live action where you can see the supercar moving. Supercar Fest events are the most accessible for the general public and offer great activation opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors.

I just purchased tickets. When will I receive them?All general entrance tickets are electronic therefore they will be in your email inbox. If they are not there please check your junk/spam folders. If you did not receive your tickets please contact hello@supercarfest.co.uk and we will reissue them immediately.

What are the opening times?THE RUNWAY • Gates open at 9.00am • Live action from 10.00am to 5.00pm • Gates close at 6.00pm THE TRACK • Gates open at 8.30am • Live action from 9.00am to 5.00pm • Gates close at 6.00pm

Is there parking available?Yes there will be plenty of FREE parking available within a short walk of the venues. Parking attendants will guide you in upon arrival. There is blue badge (disabled) parking available at both venues. Please follow the signs and have your pass displayed clearly on the dashboard.

Will food and drinks be available?Supercar Fest events have a fantastic food truck area serving a huge selection of cuisines catering for all tastes. There will also be a number of bars on site serving alcohol and soft drinks. In addition the venues’ restaurants/bars will be open to all.

Are children welcome?Supercar Fest events are extremely family friendly and we encourage you to bring along your whole family. Under 16 tickets are only £12.50 at the Runway and just £10.00 at the Track All Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Can we bring a picnic?You are very welcome to bring a picnic. There are a number of grass areas available. Don’t forget to tidy up afterwards!

What will be on show?Supercars, Hypercars, Sports Cars, Classic Cars, Motorsport Demonstrations, Performance & Sports Car Show, car & automobilia auction, VIP hospitality, parades, live music, trade & exhibitor stands, food & drink and sponsor activations.

What should I wear?There is no dress code for Supercar Fest. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your day. For the VIP area we do not allow flip flops or football shirts.

Can I stay overnight?There will be no on-site camping facilities at our 2024 events. However there are a number of local campsites nearby which get booked up quickly so please book early. Sywell Aerodrome (the Runway) has it's own hotel called The Aviator where rooms are available on a first come first served basis. There are also a number of local hotels situated nearby both venues and we recommend using booking.com to search and book. Please note that due to high demand these hotels book up very quickly so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Where do I view the action?the RUNWAY The start line is where you'll find all the action and this year we have a 3 tier viewing platform for the best views in the house! There will also be a big screen showing all the action. the TRACK Mallory Park offers some of the best public viewing of any circuit in the UK. Most of the main viewing areas are banked meaning you can get a great view at all times. You can also walk around the entire track perimeter and see the supercars on every straight and corner!

Will there be live music?Live music is an integral part of the events and there will be a live acoustic band playing in the afternoon of both events next to the main bar. It’s all free and included in your entrance tickets.

Are dogs allowed?Dogs are NOT permitted at any Supercar Fest events.

Can we get close to the cars?This is where Superar Fest scores. We have no fenced off areas (other than the Runway/Track and hypercar zone) and you can mix with the owners and sit in their cars (with their permission of course). They are all friendly and happy to show their cars.

Are passenger rides available?In the last 5 years we have raised over £50,000 for our nominated charity thanks to our passenger ride partner The Sporting Bears. We are delighted to announce they will be back in 2025 and looking to bring more supercars to offer passenger rides to as many people as possible for a small donation to charity.

Do the events have disabled access?There are allocated parking areas at both events for blue badge holders and access in and around the main paddock is straightforward together with disabled toilets. However please note some of the areas are on grass.

Carer TicketsAs part of our commitment to making Supercar Fest accessible to everyone, we offer disability ticket holders who need full-time support a complimentary ticket for a companion, such as a partner, friend, or personal assistant (PA). Please contact us for more information.

Are drones permitted?The use of drones is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at both events.
